As part of our corporate responsibility to help contain the current Covid-19 Pandemic, we will need to respectfully enforce the following Trading Conditions.
Our first and foremost priority is to minimise person to person contact wherever humanly possible.
We have closed all access to the Office Sales Counter until further notice.
For Account Customers, if you could email or phone orders to the office prior to collection to allow us to prepare the goods for collection in advance.
For Phone Cash Sales Customers, please endeavour to get credit card details prior to collection so only designated staff have access to POS equipment.
We have a designated collection quarantine area clearly labelled and with limited access for all collections.
It is no longer essential for POD signatures but please identify your first and last name.
For all Walk-in Customers please respect the 2mt personal body space restrictions imposed byLocal and Federal Government directives.
Last but not least, please be respectful and generous to each other. Together, we can all make a difference to help our country beat Covid-19.
